We, You and They

Among ourselves
when we talk
many merge

You are asking
Is it right what you are doing

You are the seekers
You are the device

You too ask
yourselves

You and Us
Are the same ... right?

How can you ask
yourselves

If we are you
Who are you
If you are u
Who are we

If you are the question
we are the answer
If we are the answer
then you are the question

How can your question
and our answer
be the same

What is the question What is the answer
Are the question and the answer the same

One or two is not the question
If it is question and answer
Is question the answer

What is the question What is the answer

You we
we you

Note: Another wordplay poem ...  Does it question the status quo? Who are ''they''?

  1. இது கவிதையாகமல் ஒரு உரையாடலாக நின்றுவிடுகிறோ என்று சந்தேகம் எனக்கு. ஒரு அரசியல் கவிதை போன்ற சாயல்.

    We You They

    (amidst/within) ourselves
    while conversing
    many join (us)

    you ask
is it fair what we are doing?

    you are the questioner (listener)
    you are the instrument

    you also
    ask yourselves

    you and us
    aren't we the same(one)

    you yourself
question yourself/how can you question yourself

    if we are you
    then who are you?
    if you are we
    than who are we?

    if you are the question
    we are the answer
    if you are the answer
    than we the question

    your question
    our answer
    how can it be one?

what is the question and answer?
aren't the question and answer the same(one)?

one or two is not the question
    if question is the answer
    is question the answer?

    what is the question?
    what is the answer?

    you us
    we you

A sense of unity, not just from one to the other but also from an alphabet to the word and the word to another word and that word to a meaning. Does the meaning get dislocated in the poem or does the poem get lost in its words?
In Aathmanaam, is surely a visual spontaneity...he is able to look at the peculiarity of how letters look and sounds as they ring out meaning by its own nature or sense of truth. It reminds me of William S Burroughs cut-up technique.
    If we are you
    Then who are you?
    If you are we
    Than who are we?
    Or
    If we are you
    Who are you
    If you are u
    Who are we

I love these puzzling lines..they leave you in an eternal maze like Kubrick's shinning.
